Reviews

We go kayaking here 1-2 times a month. This is the largest freshwater pond in Delaware. Easy boat launch that has its own separate entrance if you have your own. If you don’t, there is a kayak, paddle boat, and stand up paddle board rental area. I believe the kayaks are $9/hr or there is an all-day price. You can easily spend all day floating around. Bring some sandwiches for lunch and pull up on the beach for a break. Plenty of shady areas for some sun relief around the edges of the pond also.

Easy to navigate, good pads to park on, great trails.
