A peaceful paddle up Neshaminy Creek
Enjoy a peaceful paddle on Neshaminy Creek by canoe in Tyler State Park. The park is in a beautiful part of Bucks County and also offers paved and unpaved trails for running and bike riding, an extensive disc golf course, swimming in the creek, and picnic areas. It is likely that you will see a horse in the park as it is also a good place for horseback riding in the area (there are stables nearby from which you can 'rent' a horse to take on the trails, too, if you want!)
To access the part of Neshanimy Creek for canoeing, enter the park and drive all the way to the end, passing all of the small parking lots (these smaller lots lead to the aforementioned trails, disc golf course, and picnic areas). Walk toward to small dam and you'll see a small building next to the bathrooms. Here you can rent the canoes for $15/hour.
