Cliff Jump the King's Landing
Dubrovnik, Croatia
Description
Added by Joseph Gulizia
Cliff jump the castle walls of Dubrovnik.
Cliff jump for any level, ranging from 15 feet to 60 feet.
Head into the main entrance of the castle walls of Dubrovnik. Head for the Buza Bar. This is your best landmark for the cliff jump. You will walk through a hole in the wall to get to the bar, but instead of entering the bar to your left, you can follow the path down towards the water. There are smaller jumps along the path, or even a spot where you can easily jump off a dock into the clear waters of the Adriatic Sea. To get to the taller jump you must swim about 30 feet around the corner just east of the bar (to the left if you are looking out on the water). From there you can climb and walk up the rocks to the platform of the 60ft jump. If you are feeling courageous/like a local, you can just climb straight up the rocks to where the city walls meet the cliffs.
There isn't much to look out for as the water is crystal clear, and all of the jumps are into a straight drop off.
The area makes for some excellent snorkeling, so bring a mask, some lunch, and escape the crowded city.
