Beardsley Dam is a first come, first serve campground. Each site is equipped with a fire ring, picnic table, and bear boxes. The cost for a family site is $10 per night. The campground provides bathrooms, but not potable water - so bring enough for cooking and drinking. The campground is typically open from May - October. If you wish to use a grill, stove, or make a campfire, it is recommended to obtain a free campfire permit from a ranger station or from this site.
Beardsley Dam Campground is conveniently close to a number of activity options: fishing, hiking, biking and swimming. There is a boat ramp available for reservoir access. A valid California state fishing license is required for fishing in the National Forest.
