Torrey, Utah
Description
Added by Holly Mandarich
8 miles of classic Utah beauty!
Inside Capitol Reed National Park there is a scenic drive. The drive you do have to pay for ($15 bucks a car) but considering the park is free, you may as well!
The drive is about 8 miles long, with pull offs for ideal picture taking, the landscape is vast and ever changing with every turn, including red rock formations as far as the eye could see. You can access Cassidy Arch Trailhead, Capitol Gorge Trailhead and a few other hikes off of the scenic drive.
If you’re interested in the geology of the formations off of the road, check out this “stop by stop” guide from the park service here - regarding everything about the Scenic Drive.

Reviews
If you want a scenic drive away from huge crowds this is the place to be. There are plenty of pull offs to photograph the landscape.
