A secret gem in the east bay. An an escape not too far from Oakland. Hills of redwood. I didn’t Tempe existed until I came here. Bring your belly food and your throat hydrated because hiking here in the summer is HOT! You can bring your dog but your might have to put him or her on a leash. The hike isn’t busy or at least when I was . So you get to really enjoy some quiet time. Listen to the nature or even an audio book.
