High Bridge Falls/Hoagland Branch

Forksville, Pennsylvania

Description

Added by Shawn Grenninger

This beautiful photogenic spot in Loyalsock State Forest is viewable as you drive by, but be sure to stop and take some photos.

The Hoagland Branch Road (gravel forest road) drives right by this scenic waterfall and waterway, you will see it while crossing on a small bridge. There is a pull off right after the bridge.

The run feeding the waterfall is somewhat seasonal, so best time is spring or after a heavy rainfall.  Hoagland Branch is a beautiful waterway, make sure to explore up and down the run as there are many other scenic spots and fishing opportunities as well.
