Bowman Fork is an amazing Millcreek Canyon trail that is full of amazing wildflowers and beautiful scenery.
To get to the trailhead, drive up Millcreek Canyon about 4.5 miles until you reach the Terraces Picnic area. Turn here and drive up the small road until you reach the parking lot by the bathrooms. You'll see the Bowman Fork trailhead marker next to the parking lot.
The trail climbs steadily and is easy to follow. You can bring the dog along, just remember that if you are going all the way up to Gobblers Knob that dogs aren't allowed in Big Cottonwood Canyon because of Water Shed laws.
Don't forget to bring some money with you, Mill Creek Canyon charges a $3.00 fee on your way out of the canyon.

Reviews
I discovered this trail a couple years ago and its now my go-to for a beautiful, secluded trail run. The wildflowers are outstanding mid summer.
