Reviews
There are so many trails and different sections of the park. You can make hikes as short or as long as you’d like. Some paths are well groomed while other are a little more wild, giving you the opportunity for what kind of adventure you’d like. I also love having lunch by the pond.

Interestingly enough, the trail I've noted is right next to the Foxwoods Casino. In fact, one of them is actually in the back parking lot of a resort. So plenty of parking spots available.
From the resorts trailhead, it will take you onto a trail that splits into t...

Hike the Sprague Land Preserve Loop
The Sprague Land Preserve (also known as the Mukluk Preserve) was an incredible surprise. Whether it's hiking, fishing, or horseback riding it's a beautiful spot for anyone that can get there at sunrise and out before sunset when the gates close. You can easily get there by Google Mapping the name, but when "you reach your destination", just continue to drive on Holton Rd and you'll reach an ent...
