Description

Added by The Outbound Collective

This scenic trail takes you to see a waterfall, as well as Florida's only Class III whitewater.

From the Bell Springs Trailhead, take the unmarked access road into the forest, where it meets with Florida Trail (blue blazes). Hop onto the Florida Trail. You will pass a pool created by Bell Springs, then turn right at the fork.

The terrain becomes a bit trickier as you head into the forest, though the views are good. In 1.1 miles you will reach Robinson Branch Falls, and after this a campsite. 1.4 miles from the campsite you can climb down to a take-out point used by paddlers. Here you can see Florida's only Class III whitewater. Turn around from here to return to the trailhead.

Ticks and poison ivy have been reported on this trail.

perfect place for good pics. is an easy hike.

I hiked most of this trail today with my 6 year old son. It was a lot of fun, though I didn’t read all of the description. We made it to a road and met some state rangers and they sent us down the road and around through some fields into a hunting plot lol. We ended up cutting through the woods, blazing our own trail which was actually a good time. We came to a stream before reaching the trail again and I had to throw my son across and jump across myself. Long story short, READ THE DESCRIPTION, it tells you you have to turn around and go back lol.

Beautiful stretch of trail next to the Suwanee River. I would highly recommend it for a day hiking
