Description

Added by Nick Garcia

This new trail created by the Washington Trail Association is a great, easy hike offering beautiful views of the Central Cascades.

Although short, this new trail is a great warm-up to the many other trails this area has to offer. Starting immediately across the North Fork Skyhomish River at the new trailhead, you will make your way up this moderately steep hike to the Heybrook Ridge. once you reach the top of the trail, you will cross two sets of power lines and an old utility road before making it to the viewpoint. From the viewpoint you can get a glimpse of the beautiful Bridal Veil Falls and Mt. Index.
