Description
Added by Nick Wagner
Hike 2.5 miles out-and-back on this trail. Enjoy the trail, which offers ocean views and plenty of shade before you make it to the falls. Keep an eye out for Poison Oak – layers are recommended. Duration: A few hours.
This waterfall can be fairly dry during the year, so keep your eyes out for a recent rainstorm to really get things going. When you start the hike on East Folk Trail, at 0.25 miles, cross over the creek and join West Fork Trail. A little over another half mile, West Fork starts to head uphill, but you can head downhill by turning right onto Middle Fork toward the creek. Cross over the creek and continue on the trail heading up the creek. At one point, there will be an option to stay with the trail and head away from the creek. Be sure to stick with the trail and continue next to it for the remainder of the hike. You will have to cross over the creek a few times. Be extra careful when the water is high.

If you're staying in the Santa Barbara area for a few days, or doing a weekend trip, hike here! A local favorite is to hike up, then head to the ocean for a dunk.

Not too difficult, it can get steep near the end. Sadly almost no water even after a rainy day.
