More of a big hill than an actual mountain, Mt. Jeez in Malabar Farm State Park has some of the best views of Central Ohio, and arguably the entire state.
While it might not seem like much, Mt. Jeez stands 1,310' feet above sea level, making it one of the higher "peaks" in Ohio. Because of that, it's one of the few spots in the Buckeye State that allow for grand, sweeping vistas with a 270 degree view for a few miles in most directions.
Originally named Poverty's Knob, it earned its now modern-day name mainly because of the difficulty of climbing the hill to locals, earning the exclamation of "Jeez!" numerous times!
In the distance, the reflection of light from Pleasant Hill Reservoir and the hills of Mohican can be seen.

Reviews
Beautiful views. Not much of a hiking spot as you can drive right up to the top. Great date/picnic spot.
