Swim in the 'world's largest hot springs pool,' an hour from both Vail and Aspen.

Glenwood is best known for its large hot springs pool, kept between 90 and 93 degrees, while the minerals in the water are meant to provide a natural therapy to the body. There is also a smaller therapy pool, at 104 degrees, and a spa, as well. You'll find all the amenities you need here, and within reach of lots of outdoors attractions and activities.

This is an amazing place to go and spend the day. The water has varying degrees of temperature depending on where you are in the pool so if you are worried about being too hot or too cold you can swim to the appropriate location! There was also recently a water slide built in, but I have not been since to explore that.

I used to vacation here as a kid every summer for a whole week with my family and stay in the all famous "Hotel Colorado." It is a wonderful place to enjoy quality family time or even alone time! The hot tub is so big is considered a hot pool instead, because it is the size of an Olympic pool! I give this review 5 stars, because this is home to me now. I absolutely love the pool and its history. There is a new hot springs in town, but it does not compete with the all famous Glenwood Hot Springs!
