This moderately hilly run with wonderful views is one of the most pleasant runs within Portland.
This is really nice urban run that travels along Terwilliger Boulevard’s runner-friendly, extra-wide sidewalk. The tree-lined path and the expansive views along the route make this run. The views include downtown, the river, and our surrounding mountain ranges. During the fall, the trees explode into a blaze of orange and red.
This run is a good option for all levels of runner, as well as families with running strollers.
Park at the Duniway Park Track and take Terwilliger south. Turn around at the Capitol Highway intersection and head back to the start.

Reviews
Agreed, the road is really busy with bad visibility. Makes for a pretty run but scary place when cars are whizzing by so save it for road closures like the shamrock run!

Some cool viewpoints. Not one of my favorite runs in town

Probably one of the most dangerous places to run in Portland. The roads are very curvy and cars rarely slow down while passing you.
