Perched on top of the bluff overlooking Coast Guard Beach, you can take in the panoramic views of the old Coast Guard station, the ocean and Nauset Bay from your wrap-around deck. This home is a recently renovated three-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage that sleeps six. The walk from the front door to Coast Guard Beach, which has been consistently rated as a top family beach by both National Geographic Magazine and Dr. Beach’s Top Beaches, is less than ten minutes. This spacious, well equipped home will make your stay at Cape Cod National Seashore memorable.

Recreation

A visit to Cape Cod National Seashore almost always includes a day at the beach, relaxing as the sounds of the ocean surround you. But, explore beyond the beach and you will find the seashore is so much more. There are miles of walking and biking trails through pine forests, across sandy dunes and alongside fresh water ponds. You can climb to the top of one of the many light houses and experience a piece of maritime history that helped our new nation grow and thrive. For the wildlife lover there are opportunities to spot over 450 species of amphibians, reptiles, fish, birds, and mammals that make the seashore their home.

  • Beds include: one queen, one twin and two fulls.
  • Pillows, blankets, and fans are included. Bed sheets and towels are not provided.
  • Washer and dryer.
  • Kitchen is fully equipped including: microwave, oven, range, coffeemaker, toaster, dishwasher, pots/ pans, and eating utensils and plates.
  • Large deck, with a BBQ grill and patio furnishings, overlooking Cape Cod Bay. 
  • Flat screen TV with Blu-ray player. 
  • Pets are not allowed.

The great Outer Beach described by Thoreau in the 1800's is protected within Cape Cod National Seashore. Forty miles of pristine sandy beach, marshes, ponds and uplands support diverse species. Lighthouses, cultural landscapes, and wild cranberry bogs offer a glimpse of Cape Cod’s past and continuing ways of life.
