Sales

  • Key Account Executive, Sales & Integrated Marketing (Remote)

    We are currently looking for an experienced sales and integrated marketing professional to lead our sales efforts, reporting directly to our CEO. We are seeking a hungry, results-oriented individual who loves consultative sales and is looking for an opportunity to grow. This role is a key addition to our core team and is a unique opportunity to combine your passion and your profession to build something truly impactful.

    Key Account Executive, Sales & Integrated Marketing will work closely with our CEO to prospect new leads, develop and manage client/agency relationships, build and execute campaigns, and accelerate our revenue growth. A core focus will be on developing, communicating, pitching, and executing integrated outdoor/adventure travel marketing campaigns.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead generation and prospecting are required. Primarily focused on developing high impact content marketing campaigns for advertisers across display, editorial, custom content (photo/video), and social.
    • Conduct consistent prospecting and customer/partner outreach to ensure a healthy opportunity pipeline. Prospecting includes email, phone/zoom calls, networking, and industry events
    • Maintain CRM (Pipedrive) and related systems necessary to report sales activity and goal tracking
    • Ideation and strategic proposal writing for RFPs, marketing campaigns, and partner integrations
    • Execute and maintain sold media programs, working with Customer Success team to oversee project management and campaign optimizations
    • Develop and support unique revenue-driving projects and initiatives as needed

    Requirements:

    • You’re a team player with a growth mindset
    • Minimum 5+ years of sales and integrated marketing experience. Experience in the outdoor or travel industries is a plus
    • Activity-driven sales approach with strong outbound fundamentals. Adept at tracking and instrumenting sales progress and reporting (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
    • Strong proposal writing skills, including clear and concise oral and written communication
    • Ability to execute and manage multi-platform marketing programs on behalf of advertisers
    • Ability to work both independently as well as a part of a fast-paced team
    • Comfort working in Photoshop and Keynote a plus

Engineering

We are currently expanding our Product and Engineering team with skilled, passionate, cross-functional, multi-disciplinary engineers with experience building and scaling production software to help build the next generation of outdoor adventure and travel exploration.


  • Front-End Javascript Engineers

    We are looking for Front-End React Native Engineers with experience building cross-platform applications (iOS, Android and Web) with Expo.

    Requirements:

    • 2-3 years experience in Expo, React Native, React-Navigation, React-Hooks
    • A solid focus on user requirements, user experience, performance and usability
    • A desire to write clean, documented, well tested code
    • A healthy understanding and practice of TDD/BDD and experience with CI/CD is expected

    Additional Skills:

    • Yarn Workspaces, Babel and Webpack, Typescript, TS Standard
    • State Management with React Hooks
    • Native library experience (Location, Camera,etc)
    • Custom Native library support with the Expo Dev Client
    • GeoSpatial experience with Leafleft,Mapbox or Google Maps
    • Server Side Rendering with React Native Web

  • Back-End Javascript Engineer

    We are looking for engineers with experience building and scaling javascript API architectures on AWS using Postgres and Graph.

    Requirements:

    • 2-3 years experience in Node JS and Koa Server Middleware
    • API / GraphQL experience with Postgres, PostGIS and Postgraphile
    • DevOps experience with AWS, including S3, RDS, Cloudfront, Lambda and Fargate

    We are looking for experienced Geo-Spatial Engineers that can help build and contribute to the Open Street Map ecosystem, developing software and services that to make outdoors maps more accurate and accesssible.

    Requirements:

    • 2-3 years experience working with Open Street Map Data and Software
    • Experience with the Mapbox Vector Tile File Format and Styling
    • Experience with open street maps route finding

    We are looking to add an experienced SEO Consultant who will be responsible for monitoring SEO performance and using data insights to uncover opportunities and develop strategy. You’ll work closely with the Engineering and executive leadership to properly implement SEO best practices.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years in SEO analysis or consulting
    • Proven experience in increasing organic search traffic
    • A keen understanding of top and bottom-line SEO metrics
    • Working knowledge of the ever-changing SEO landscape
    • Excellent web analytics skills
    • Experience with SEO tools such as (SEMRush)
    • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
