Absolutely beautiful lake to hang out at! Lots of beach area. You can hike around it, kayak, paddle board, etc. Get to the parking lot EARLY! And don’t leave until you’re ready to go and not come back for the day. This parking lot fills up fast in the summer as well as all along the road by this lake

Jenny Lake is one of the Crown Jewels of Grand Teton NP. Paddle or catch a boat ride is how we enjoyed the clear waters of the area. There is also great hiking nearby all with views of the mountains. Trout fishing is also a great pastime here in the summer.

Gorrrrgeous views! And so much to do - you can hike, relax, SUP, kayak, canoe, or get a floatie and float around. So relaxing and scenic.

Jenny Lake is a great place to check out an alpine lake with mountain views. Bring a wetsuit for an open water swim.

My favorite part about this lake? It's accessible. We took a family trip to the Tetons and having something that my grandmother (who's had both knees and both hips replaced) can do with us made the whole trip.

Bought some $5 inter-tubes at Walmart.... worth it. Camped at Jenny Lake and went tubing and chilled on the lake every evening.

The mountains and the lake are gorgeous in every sense of the word. Last time I was at Jenny Lake, I went for a dip while watching the sunset over the mountains. Being in the still waters of the lake, it felt like I was participating in the sunset and not just watching it from the parking lot. Get IN nature, y'all.

The Jenny Lake area is the most popular spot in the park, and for good reason. The beauty and diversity in this area is unrivaled, and there are many options for hiking that suit all ages and abilities. These include the Moose ponds, Cascade Canyon, Inspiration Point, and of course, the Jenny Lake loop. Black bears frequent this area so always be prepared with bear spray and make lots of noise on the trail. Best season to visit is in the Fall when the crowds have died down, and make sure to catch a sunset by the lake!
