Spend a Night at TreeHouse Point
Issaquah, Washington
Description
Added by Michael Wigle
Stay at one of the most unique Bed & Breakfast's in the world. Relax in one of many handcrafted tree houses. Explore the secluded forest along the Raging River. Only 30 minutes from Seattle.
This is one of the most magical and romantic places on the planet to get a good night's rest. You'll find that words will escape you when it comes to describing how this place makes you feel. With the Raging River as a backdrop, the powerful white noise will put you into one of the deepest sleeps you've ever had.
TreeHouse Point is only 2 miles from I-90 heading East from Seattle. Take Exit 22 heading North on Preston-Fall City Road SE for one mile. A wooden sign and gate greets you to TreeHouse Point and Nelson Treehouse and Supply. You may have already recognized this place from the popular television show on Animal Planet. There is more to the Bed & Breakfast!
Typically, the many tree houses get booked early in the season. There can be a long wait, especially during the summer months and weekends, so call early!
There is a small island in the river with a garden of rock cairns, perfect for morning meditation. The studio offers a quiet and peaceful setting for yoga. You can even fish or pan for gold from here as well. The property is pretty expansive, and there are dozens of hidden nooks and structures waiting to be explored.
Even if you can't land a night in one of the trees, with an advanced ticket purchase, you can take a tour of the property. In Washington, this is a must see stop. There is no better way to inspire imagination than to walk amongst the towering trees, remembering your childhood, and dreaming about your own tree house.
Just up the road is North Bend, WA which is infamously known as the setting for the hit television series "Twin Peaks". While you're here, you should checkout the Last Frontier Saloon. It's about as local as you can get, which makes it perfect for leaving or picking up new stories.

Treehouse Point is surreal. If you love cabins and treehouses, come check out this place to see how builders have created beautiful structures nestled in the great outdoors. If you can't stay, you can take a guided tour of the property where you'll be able to go inside most of the cabins on the property!

Unreal spot. Could literally spend an entire week with nothing but a book, a beer(s) and the treehouse. Although its a quick turn off of relatively busy road, it feels as though you are in a completely different world once you enter. Burl and Blue Moon are my personal favorites and to a degree the most private and set apart from the main area. As the adventures states, make sure you go down to the river when you're there. Gorgeous area to walk around and explore. We found out the hard way to book in advance as much as possible. They have plenty of weddings here which rent out the entire place at one time.

Temple of the Blue Moon is the most gorgeous house..and the most expensive and hardest to reserve, but so worth it.
